Pastor Joshua Lee and his wife, Sarah Lee, came to study the bible at University Bible Fellowship in their college days during the 70’s in South Korea.

Joshua grew up as a nominal Christian, until, through Bible study, he met God personally based on Genesis 12:2b: “…you will be a blessing.” Sarah, born in a Buddhist family, accepted Jesus Christ as her Saviour and Lord through John 1:4: “In him was life and that life was the light of men.” After years of spiritual training, in early 80’s, they accepted God’s call as self-supporting lay missionaries to Canadian campus mission through UBF. Since then, they have been devoting their lives as Bible teachers and disciple-makers for U of T students. To serve student ministry more effectively, they resumed studying--Joshua at U of T, specializing Computer Science; and Sarah, a MBA at Schulich, York University.

In their free time, Joshua enjoys playing tennis and Sarah likes to cultivate her urban garden. They also have two grown-up daughters, Sara and Paulina, who both have become gospel-co-workers and lay-missionaries.
