2. What is God's answer (2-4)? What are God's instructions (2), and what does the revelation speak of, and when will it be fulfilled (3)? Until the appointed time, what will the righteous live by (4)? What does ‘the righteous will live by his faith’ mean? (Romans 1:17; Gal. 3:11 Hebrews 10:37-39)

3. What is Babylon's sin and what woes will fall on them (5-19)? Who is God, and what should the whole earth do before God (20)? What does it mean to ‘be silent before God’? So what did Habakkuk do?
